I’ve had them deliver out of state, while “customer service” aka a robot tells me it’s been shipped to my home and confirms the address. That allows them to mark it as shipped to hit their metrics, without doing the work of shipping yet Why does ups has the absolute worst customer service and how do you speak to some with seniority?
