I tried tac in my m700 varmint silhouette in.308 I always use sierra 168's I just couldn't get groups as good as using ww748 I bought the tac when 335 wasn't available for my.223 loads
I use it mostly for blasting ammo for the ar's It still holds decent groups, but i can still get hodgdon and ww to shoot better in my guns. My plinking load for 55 gr Pills out of a 16 1 in 7 twist is 25.3 gr tac and a cci 400 which chronos at 2700fps
The initial ramshot data placed this load as a max load which it obviously wasn't
