The scammer will create a fake tracking number and send it to the victim, claiming that they have an important package that needs to be tracked. However, 2 nights ago i received an email notification from dell that it had shipped out and that it was due to arrive today actually. Finally on jan 6th someone at dell (rakshitha in collections), contacted fedex and filed a lost package and i am now off the hook for the cost of the monitor
